The conductive part of this product is plated with outdoor silver. Insulating material use resin and fibrous material which have excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and chemical corrosion resistance. 1 The insulator adopts the unique design of the groove. The groove structure forms a watch box for the contact head which prevents rain, snow, freezing rain and dew from dripping on the contact head. The two sides umbrella skirt of insulator with groove act as a slope guide, which prevents dew, rain and snow from dripping on the contact head. It ensures good switching performance and reliable mechanical performance of the product on the matter in any harsh environment. It makes a high level of anti-pollution. This product has excellent anti-explosion performance and super antifouling ability. It is also safe and reliable. It is not difficult to install, use and maintain. It is marvelous suitable for use in harsh weather conditions and environment with serious pollution levels.
2 Top of the insulator is equipped with a convex platform for fixing cable. So there is no need to wire or set bottle. It is easy to install, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
3 There are two installation ways of arrester. One is the upper part grounding installation. The other is the lower part grounding installation. When select the first installation way of upper part grounding, the arrester and falling type fuse can be installed on the same cross arm, this installation way compacts the overall structure and saves space. Customers can choose the appropriate installation method according to their needs.
4 When arrester is damaged in abnormal situation, power frequency short circuit current causes disconnector to act, because of this action, the arrester’s upper and lower contacts lose the fastening force of the disconnector, under the action of its own gravity and the spring plate of upper and lower static contact, the arrester immediately drops and disconnects from system, this indicates that the damaged arrester needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, when the arrester is damaged, it can be replaced when the normal transmission line is running continuously.
