Operation sequence
When operating the disconnect switch,first make sure the circuit breaker is in disconnecting state.Use the insulation pull rod to hook the closing pull ring or separating pull ring of disconnect switch’s operating grip,pull down a little bit,turn the main shaft around,open or closethe disconnect switch.When the main shaft turns the dead spot of the compressed spring,maintain some tension,make the blade close reliably or open to isolated location.
Main technical performance
1. If the circuit breaker is in the closing position,the interlock device for disconnect switch and circuit breaker will lock the disconnect switch in its original position.It can’t be operated by force at this point.Avoid damage to circuit breaker and disconnect switch.
2. The disconnect switch must be in the open or closed position before operating the circuit breaker,otherwise,damage to the interlock device will be caused.
3. When operate the live disconnect switch,the operator should use the insulation pull rod and ensure a safe distance for personal safety.
4. The disconnect switch should be checked and maintained regularly during operation.Lubricate the driving part properly,remove dirt and dust from contact conductive area.
