Application

HRW11-12 AC high-voltage falling-type fuse cutout is applicable for power system with rated voltage of 12kVand frequency of 50Hz.The product is used for short circuit and overload protection of transmission line and power transformer.




Characters

Metal parts and standard parts of the product are all made of stainless steel.The conductive part is treated with outdoor silver plating.The insulator is made of unsaturated polyester resin which has excellent mechanical properties,electrical properties and chemical corrosion resistance.The insulator replaces the traditional porcelain insulator.It has strong electric resistance and it increases the service life and the reliability of contact electrical conduction.The product has advantages of good explosion-proof property,strong pollution resistibility,small volume,light weight,safe,reliable,easy installation and easy maintenance.The product is very suitable for using in harsh climatic conditions and filthy conditions.

1 The product has good breaking performance.It can break various overload current of the rated breaking current or below.The minimum breaking current is 5A.Its performance meets the requirements of international IEC standards.

2 Due to the use of stepwise exhaust and the covered inner arc suppression tube on the melt,this reasonably solves the contradiction of breaking current and extends the lower limit range of the breaking current.

3 The insulator and upper and lower contacts are mechanically clamped,has high mechanical strength.The parts adopt stamping parts which have strong interchangeability and are easy to maintain.The upper contact adopts cylindrical surface contact which is easy to operate.
