ZW□-12/630-25 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker (boundary type)

Application

Outdoor high voltage upper column vacuum circuit breaker (boundary type ZW20-12/T630-20) is a kind of outdoor high voltage power distribution equipment with the 12kV rated voltage and 50Hz three phases current. It is primarily used to cut off or close the system load current, overload or short circuit currents. It can play protection and control function in transformer substation and the power distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises. It is equally applicable in rural power grid and the place that the power grid is frequently operated. Equipped with the controller, the product can meet the power distribution automation system requirements and can effectively achieve the customary automatic circuit-breakers function.




Characters

1 “T” structure. It is the first innovation in China and convenient to connect at one time. It has “super small” volume, lightweight (it is 75kg when equipped with current transformer). It can be easily equipped in column.

2 The circuit breaker box uses sealed fully insulated box with three phases in a box which is pressed into shape with outdoor resin and fibrous material. The inner vacuum arc extinguishing chamber of each phase is provided with an independent chamber. The transformer is directly cast in the inside of the circuit breaker box. The innermost part insulation clearance is bigger than the outer part electric clearance, so there is no need to worry about condensation. It has high insulation property. The outer part uses IV level pollution degree. It can be used in stern weather conditions and dirty environment.

3 The mechanical parameters can be adjusted, tested and inspected at any time. The quality is not difficult to be controlled and it is convenient to be maintained. It has high reliability.

4 It is oil free, gas free and pollution free. It belongs to “green” product and is environmentally friendly.

5 The mechanism shell is made of 304 stainless steel which prevents anti-corrosion and severe weather damage.

6 It uses integrated miniaturization spring operation structure. The structure is simple. The electric power is small. It utilizes gear driving and is reliable.

7 It can be equipped with an intelligent controller and meet the automatic power distribution requirements so as to achieve “four remote” control.
