Application
Outdoor high voltage upper column vacuum circuit breaker (ZW20-12/T630-20) is a kind of outdoor power distribution equipment with the 12kv rated voltage and 50Hz three phase current. It is mainly used to cut off or close the system load current, overload or short circuit currents. It can play protection and control function in transformer substation and the power distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises. It is also applicable in rural power grid and the place that the power grid is frequently operated. Equipped with the controller, the product can meet the power distribution automation system requirements and can effectively achieve the traditional automatic circuit-breaker's function.

The product uses the vacuum method to achieve arc extinction and uses the SF6 gas insulation. Its box refers to the gas sealing method, the anti-explosion and insulation construction technology of Japaneses Toshiba Corporation and its whole sealing performance is very well. The box inner part is filled with SF6 gas which does not have leakage risk and is not affected by outer environment. Its spring operating mechanism adopts the miniaturization. Compared with traditional Chinese spring mechanism, its performance optimization design and the operational reliability are greatly improved. The contact part of the axis and cover of the main circuit adopts the chain structure. The main circuit's contact resistance and the temperature rising are small. The product performance is reliable and can really achieve the free maintenance.

1 Surrounding air temperature: -40℃- +40℃
Daily temperature range: the temperature range shall not be over 25℃.
2 The wind speed shall not be over 35m/s.
3 No flammable,no explosive materials, no corrosive chemical products (like all kinds of acids,alkali and dense smoke), No place of violent vibration.
4 Elevation: ≤1000m.
